Stephen practises primarily in the areas of insolvency, corporations law, commercial litigation, banking and finance, and building and construction disputes.  He welcomes briefs for advocacy (including at all Courts and in ADR) and advice matters.

Before being called to the Bar in 2005, Stephen practised as a solicitor for 10 years with leading commercial law firms in Australia and the United Kingdom.  He also worked as a lawyer within the Insolvency Division of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).  Additionally, he also has boutique commercial practice experience, shaping him as a barrister who is able to engage with a wide range of clients.
