Our List was established in 1963 as ‘List S’ and has undergone significant transformation since this time.
List S is a long-standing List with a modern approach. The List was established in 1963 under the guidance of our first Barristers’ Clerk, Kenneth Spurr. Over the past six decades List S has grown and evolved. Our List is a member organisation of Barristers and Mediators, guided by Director and Principal Clerk Anna Svenson who owns Svenson Barristers, serving the Barristers of List S. Svenson Barristers is a Clerk-owned List model.
Our specialist Barristers’ Clerks link legal briefs with the best Barristers. Our Clerks are experts at understanding the needs of solicitors and clients when briefing counsel. We provide bespoke suggestions taking into account experience, key skill and style.
