Manu Choudhary specialises in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Heavy Vehicle National Law and Child Protection. He welcomes both appearance based as well as paperwork briefs.

Manu is an experienced OHS practitioner and has worked in the OHS profession for over 15 years. Manu’s unique background has equipped him with experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, civil construction, transport, and retail.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Manu founded his own OHS consulting firm in Melbourne and provided OHS consulting services to businesses. Manu provided services in regulatory compliance, risk management, auditing, development of management systems, expert opinion, Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) compliance, food safety, incident investigations, improvement notice compliance, occupational hygiene and ergonomics.
