Joseph is a general practice barrister briefed in Criminal, Regulatory and Civil matters.

Since coming to the Bar, he has been briefed to advise on a range of legislative interpretation, interlocutory, and sufficiency of evidence matters.

He can assist with investigations, brief of evidence preparation and pleadings particularly in matters concerning the Australian Consumer Law, Building & Construction, and the Legal Profession.

Joseph is regularly instructed in:

• Crimes Compensation
• Building & Construction; and
• Professional Regulation matters (Including as Counsel Assisting an Inquiry)

He is available for both prosecution and defence briefs.
