I also appear in the County Court in plea hearings. This includes matters relating to theft, sexual assault, obtaining financial advantage by deception, and dishonesty including fraud.

In the Supreme Court I have run Part IV and Confiscation Act matters, and appear in the Corporations Winding up List.

I appear in interlocutory applications including summary judgment applications and pleading summons applications; directions hearings; mentions, arbitrations, PHC, and contested hearings in the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts. I also appear at VCAT and VOCAT. I am regularly briefed to advise generally and draft documents.

I also appear at mediations including Part IV claims. I have extensive experience in will disputes, neighbourhood disputes, retail and residential leases, and general contractual issues.

I appear across Melbourne and all of Victoria.
