Luke accepts briefs in criminal and quasi criminal matters in metropolitan and regional courts, as well as in family law, intervention orders, compensation orders, common law, litigation and VCAT proceedings.

Luke accepts briefs and appears as sole counsel and junior counsel in jury trials. He holds an indictable crime certificate and is on the VLA preferred barristers list.

Luke accepts briefs and appears in final hearings, interim defended hearings, procedural hearings and mediations.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Luke worked as a solicitor advocate at two law firms, appearing regularly in metropolitan and regional courts and tribunals, and working in the civil litigation team.
Luke has a passion for advocacy and guiding clients through complex areas of law at difficult times. Luke encourages early briefing and communication with solicitors, and accepts direct briefs from clients in appropriate circumstances.
