Jessica favours a diverse practice and has been positioned to take on the matters cross civil, criminal, general commercial and administrative areas, just list a few:
- Intervention Orders;
- Criminal Defence in Summary Offences
- Affidavit Drafting in Family Law and Injury matters;
- Defence against local council prosecutions,
- Injury related matters (WorkCover, TAC, etc) ;
- General commercial matters in contract, consumer and property law.
Jessica's Credentials and Background:
- Juris Doctor Law Degree from the University of Melbourne in 2008
- Qualified Medical Practitioners with Western Medicine qualification from overseas and Chinese Medicine from RMIT university In VIC.
- Prior to embarking on legal career, she had also worked in a Property Investment Firm and as a Migration Agent in Australia for several years.
