Welcome, Jane, to Svenson Barristers!
We’re so excited to have Jane Warren as part of our List S community.
From May 2022 to November 2025, Jane served as a Crown Prosecutor, where she was involved in many significant matters in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Victorian Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia, including as counsel for the prosecution (junior to Nanette Rogers SC) in the triple murder case of DPP v Erin Patterson.
Jane accepts briefs in Public and Admin Law, Coronial Inquests, Regulatory and Safety Law, Sports Law and Disciplinary matters.
