We are delighted to congratulate Alison Umbers on her appointment today as a Judicial Registrar at the County Court in the Commercial Division.

Alison was called to the Bar in 2009 and established a wide commercial practice with a particular interest in ADR. She acted for businesses across a range of industries including finance, agriculture, film and hospitality in property related matters. She has also acted for trustees and liquidators in the areas of personal and corporate insolvency as well as directors and shareholders in corporate disputes. Between 2004 and 2015, Alison was a member of the LIV Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee.
