In statutory matters, Sally has particular experience in commercial and insolvency matters involving the Corporations Act, the Bankruptcy Act and the Australian Consumer Law. She is also regularly engaged in matters involving retail and commercial leasing, trustee, inheritance, security of payment and building work contractors legislation.

At common law, Sally is routinely engaged in matters involving contractual disputes, misrepresentations and tortious liability. In equity, her matters regularly traverse quantum meruit, constructive trusts, estoppel and unjust enrichment.

Sally is Adelaide-based but her practice requires regular travel interstate. She likes a challenge and enjoys working across the subtle (or stark) differences in legislative regimes between different jurisdictions.
