Rogan is accepting briefs in a broad range of practice areas, particularly those that will benefit from his strong public and international law experience.
Prior to coming to the bar, Rogan was a consultant to the Mills Oakley public law team, working on a range of matters for Australian Government clients. This built on Rogan’s work at the Australian Government Solicitor, where he was the lead instructor in significant tort litigation commenced against the Commonwealth, including offshore detention litigation in the High Court of Australia.
In addition to his Commonwealth and state Court appearances, Rogan also has experience as an advocate appearing in courts outside Australia.
Rogan was admitted to the profession in 2010, and is reading with Alexander Solomon-Bridge. His senior mentor is Albert Dinelli KC.
