Geraldine has a broad practice with a focus on construction law, insurance law, asbestos diseases, commercial matters and personal injuries. Prior to coming to the Bar she practiced as a solicitor in Victoria, NSW and Hong Kong.
In construction disputes she has experience acting for both Principals and Contractors, providing advice and appearing in both proceedings and arbitrations. Matters include:
