Linden is a strong advocate and has extensive experience across several areas of law, with a particular expertise in the Children’s Court Family Division and a keen interest in the Coroner’s Court.

Since 1992, she has appeared in Magistrates’ Court civil matters, summary crime and family violence interventions orders. She has appeared in the County Court, the Family Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

She has a strong commitment to client service, and this is further demonstrated by her nursing background. She obtained her state registration in 1982 and thereafter, practised in cardiothoracic intensive care, IVF, and aged care. She has an excellent understanding of medical and forensic terminology and procedures, and this is a particular advantage in coronial work, medical negligence, and personal injury matters.

Linden is a dedicated animal lover, environmentalist and is a keen gardener.
