Duncan principally accepts briefs in family law matters, as well as criminal law and intervention order matters.

Duncan has appeared extensively in property and parenting matters at both Interim and Final Hearing stage in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court and has a substantial Circuit practice.

Duncan also has significant experience as a criminal advocate throughout Victoria and New South Wales, having appeared alone and as Junior Counsel in Magistrates, County and Supreme Court matters, both in their original and appellate jurisdictions.

He also appears in Intervention Order hearings throughout Victoria.
