Anne-Louise regularly appears in trials, applications and procedural hearings in the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court, in both parenting and property matters.

She has extensive experience in the family and criminal divisions of the Children’s Court and in intervention order matters heard in the Children’s Court, Magistrates’ Court and County Court.

Anne-Louise is also an experienced criminal law barrister who has appeared in County Court trials, appeals and pleas as well as bail applications, contests, committals and pleas in the Magistrates’ Court.

Anne-Louise has a particular interest in Crimes Compensation hearings appearing both at the Tribunal and in the County Court.  She also has experience in defamation  proceedings.

As a solicitor Anne-Louise worked for the Commonwealth DPP during which she appeared to prosecute in summary and indictable criminal matters on behalf of the Commonwealth. She has also worked as a solicitor in the Indictable Crime Division of Victoria Legal Aid preparing and instructing in criminal trials in the Supreme and County Courts and appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal.

Anne-Louise’s other interests include fine arts, music and her three children.
