Anne’s practice encompasses all aspects of Family Law including complex financial disputes involving companies, trusts and small to large family businesses ; as well as complex children’s issues, interstate and international relocation of children, the recovery of children from overseas jurisdictions, same sex relationships, child support disputes and contested family violence applications.

Anne has extensive experience appearing in trials, interim defended hearings, contravention & enforcement hearings, interlocutory proceedings and mediations.  Anne has appeared in the High Court, the Full Court of the Family Court, the Family Court, the Federal Circuit Court, the County Court and the State Magistrates Courts as well as the Social Security Appeals Tribunal (SSAT).

Anne is a Nationally Accredited Mediator.
