Chris is experienced representing applicants in administrative/public law, migration law, tenancy disputes, and regulatory matters.

Chris welcomes appearance and written briefs in each of these areas, including:

• Oral advocacy in courts and tribunals;
• Written advices;
• Drafting and reviewing legal submissions and court documents.

Although primarily based in Sydney, Chris also appears interstate.

Chris passed the England and Wales Bar Transfer Test prior to being called to the Bar.

Before becoming a barrister, Chris was a solicitor for almost a decade, working at the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Legal Aid – where he acted as a VCAT duty lawyer – and overseeing Craddock Murray Neumann’s judicial review practice representing asylum seekers detained on Nauru.
