Lana is a commercial litigator with over 16 years’ legal experience gained at some of Australia’s leading law firms, including Allens and Norton Rose Fulbright Australia, and as a barrister at the Victorian Bar.
Lana has handled many interesting and complex cases and achieved outstanding results. She practises in all areas of commercial law including derivative actions, oppression claims and insolvency, with a particular interest and focus on financial services matters and public interest litigation. She also practises extensively in insurance, defamation, building and construction and commercial leasing. She has a strategic mind, a strong work ethic, and a bold advocacy style. She is regularly briefed by the best litigation teams in Australia. She works unled but also with the best QCs when clients demand it.
Lana holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws/Commerce (Economics) from Monash University. She currently serves the Bar as a member of Bar Council, the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee, and the CPD Committee.
