Carol McOmish practises in the areas of wills and estates, equity, trusts, testator’s family maintenance, and unconscionability.  Her practice involves advice work, drafting documents for the conduct of litigation, appearing in applications and at trial, appearing as counsel at mediation, and conducting mediation as mediator.

Carol is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee to the Wills & Probate Bulletin.  She contributes regularly to that publication and is a regular presenter at seminars.
