Congratulations to List member David Jones KC on being recognised by Doyles as ‘Recommended Criminal Law Senior Counsel – Queensland 2024’.
David appears in both Queensland and Victoria and is on the Victoria Legal Aid Preferred Barrister List. His practice is not limited to criminal law, and he is often briefed to provide advice on evidentiary matters, prospects of success and contested hearings that require cross-examination and appellate matters.
David recently appeared in DPP v Rapisarda (No 2) 2024 VSC 217, where he successfully made a no case submission at the end of the third week of a murder trial in the Melbourne Supreme Court.
