Nikolas is an experienced advocate practising primarily in public and administrative law, criminal and quasi-criminal law, and common law. He accepts briefs to appear led and unled in all Victorian courts and tribunals, including in trials, inquests, and appeals.

Nikolas has worked in commercial, government, and community legal environments. As a result, he understands how to meet the needs of a diverse range of clients on factually and legally complex matters in the criminal and public law spheres. His previous work has also left him with a strong interest in human rights and social justice issues, and he welcomes briefs to act for vulnerable clients.
