Robert’s passion is criminal law and he appears in all criminal courts particularly in matters relating to White Collar Crime. However he regularly appears in matters involving Crimes Family Violence, Domestic Building Disputes, Mediation and Din Torah. Robert will also advise and appear in Bankruptcy & Insolvency matters, Commercial matters, Probate and Tort matters.

Robert has appeared in a number of leading cases including Bank of China v Permanent Nominees Australia Limited [1999] VSC 37, where he appeared with the late J.A. Strahan, Q.C.
