Elder Law is an area of particular interest as it encompasses many elements of the above areas.  It also requires the application of legal knowledge to the assessment of complex family situations and presents a challenge – the preparation of a strategic approach to achieve a resolution in difficult situations and with the aim of reducing litigation.
