## About

Calum Henderson is an experienced commercial barrister who appears regularly in all State and Federal Courts and tribunals. He has a strong focus on complex matters involving commercial, corporations, and competition and consumer law.

He is briefed for advocacy and advice in matters involving allegations of breaches of financial and market regulations, cartel conduct, misuse of market power, misleading or deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct, breach of fiduciary duty, and disputes involving corporate governance, directors’ duties, contractual interpretation, and professional misconduct.

Calum brings a sophisticated understanding of commercial disputes, stemming from over two decades of practise within some of Australia’s leading law firms. Before being called to the Bar, Calum was a Partner at national firms including Lander & Rogers, Johnson Winter & Slattery, and Norton Rose where he developed a deep expertise in high-stakes commercial litigation and regulatory disputes.
